Speaker Awards
Did you know that speakers who have submitted an abstract are eligible for an APA/PRF award? Speakers will be judged within their presentation at the conference on the following criteria:

Criteria |
| Scientific Quality This includes the clarity of the hypotheses or research objectives, the appropriateness of the study design or methodology |
| Significance of Outcomes and/or Innovation of the Concept This includes the potential of the project to increase knowledge in the field and have a significant impact on the practice of physiotherapy |
| Knowledge Translation This includes the potential of the project to influence practice, policy and / or behaviour change and the process for achieving this |
| Presentation Quality This includes the results / outcomes being presented clearly and logically, legibility and quality of slides, overall level of detail provided and the ability to respond to questions |
| Presentation Timing This includes the ability to convey messages / take home points within the allocated time. |
